Credit note reporting of monthly, semi-annual, and fiscal-year on approved credit notes for four business units within Customer Service America at Johnson Controls. This project involved extracting, cleaning, and consolidating data from multiple systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsabilities
- Collaborated with managers from each business unit to collect data from three different systems, with responsibility for managing and extracting data from SAP HANA.
- Standardized and consolidated information from three different sources using Python to integrate them into a single dataset.
- Cleaned data and created key features using Python to enable more detailed analysis.
- Designed and created Excel reports with the consolidated information, shared with business unit managers and the Director of Customer Service America.
